After six years of working in their respective businesses within the Recruitment Entrepreneur portfolio, GKR founder Grant Kaveney and Beeken Reeves founder Michael Beeken struck up a firm friendship collaborating on a number of roles and saw an opportunity to provide a greater service to the market. Over the last 12 months GKR have expanded into Europe and the Middle East and by joining forces with Beeken Reeves will only continue to drive this forward becoming a truly global brand.

In 2010, it was the right time for Grant embark on his own adventure after helping scale a recruitment business from South Africa. Biltong is almost always the answer; he makes his very own for the team and it's not to be missed! An avid fisherman, Liverpool supporter, proud South-African and strangely capable beatboxer - watch out Ed Sheeran!
Michael Beeken
A charming and charismatic quintessentially English cottage.
Mike has worked in recruitment for the best part of his professional career. After graduating from University of Leeds, he progressed to the Head of Commercial Development at SRP, where he was responsible for the executive search division. He has partnered with GKR to build on the success we've experienced in recent years.
Olivia Davis
Cozy bungalow with a newly remodeled extension offering stunning views.
Olivia joined GKR London in 2022 coming all the way from New Zealand; she brought with her almost five years of internal recruitment experience across varying sectors, including the Built Environment. Joining our Architecture & Design division, Olivia will be recruiting across Interior Architecture & Design. When she's not at her desk, she's most likely found competing on the netball court, or trying new foods with friends!
