Finance & Accountancy
A staple of the division, the Finance and Accountancy team work to place talent across multiple areas of the sector, from CFO’s, Financial Controllers, Fund Accountants, Group Finance, FP&A and assistant accountants. We specialise in building strong teams of talent with our clients.
Investment
With a strong track record GKR is fast growing to become market leading across investment, acquisitions, fund raising, underwriting where our clients span Private Equity, Debt, Property Companies, REIT’s and Advisory from Analyst to Director/Partner level.

Grant Kaveney
Boasting an enviable position and state-of-the-art outdoor braai.
In 2010, it was the right time for Grant embark on his own adventure after helping scale a recruitment business from South Africa. Biltong is almost always the answer; he makes his very own for the team and it's not to be missed! An avid fisherman, Liverpool supporter, proud South-African and strangely capable beatboxer - watch out Ed Sheeran!
Sam Pemberton-Hill
Contemporary build with high ceilings throughout.
Sam joined GKR in May 2019 with 10 years of experience between recruitment, property, and finance. Taking charge of our investment finance and property accounting department, Sam has positioned himself excellently with some of the UK's very best. As GKR’s very own Ironman, there’s rarely time for takeaways or cocktails!

Charlie has recently joined our Real Estate Finance & Investment team to support our clients' hiring strategy across Finance, Accountancy & Investment. Charlie brings some valuable experience with him working within a residential estate agency and property recruitment. Outside of the office, Charlie might be found supporting the football if he's not traveling, or re-watching the Lord of the Rings!
