Since inception, GKR recognised a pressing need to develop an office support desk to support our clients back and front office support functions. We realise the importance of these individuals and their contributions towards the overall efficiency and running of the office. We have a specialist team of ex property professionals who understand the field incredibly well and have a successful track record in placing support candidates across a diverse range of clients.
Anu Deb joined GKR in 2014 and has steadily grown our office support function adapting her process to suit a variety of roles.
The Property Management desk was developed mid-2013 following investment from Hamilton Bradshaw to scale GKR London. With GKR operating in Residential and Commercial Property for over ten years and having a team built around ex property managers, estate agents and highly experienced recruiters, we have an incredibly impressive client base and often we have access to candidates who aren’t actively looking in the market.
Molly Shoesmith joined GKR in 2014 and worked hard to develop our resources in this part of the market, successfully.
The commercial team provide permanent and contract services to leading property and construction consultancies in the Private & Public Sectors as well as developers, banks and funds.
With experienced consultants and ex-property professionals in one team, they are market experts working with High Street Agents, Corporate giants, Developers and Investment Agencies.

With first-hand experience in both roles, we represent Managing Agents, Facilities Services, High Street Agents, Student Accommodation providers, Investment Funds, Interiors & Design practices supplying property management and office support functions.
Build & Design
The team have worked hard to develop long standing relationships with practices ranging in size, niche and specialism throughout the design and build industry delivering both permanent and professional interim/contract solutions.
We are regularly approached about leadership roles in the property industry working with a range of clientele, and have strengthened our resources accordingly with 50 years combined experience and an extensive referral network.

Molly joined GKR in 2014 with one years’ property recruitment experience and was able to develop quickly on the property management desk. In mid-2017 Molly became GKR’s Operations Manager looking after our internal training, social media and hiring needs.

Rose joined GKR in 2018 having worked in property in both the UK and Spain over the last 20 years; Rose is now well positioned to utilise her strong-willed nature to drive results quickly in the property management recruitment space.
This recently converted mews boasts modern features and a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and lounge based in Hertfordshire.
Harriet joined GKR in November 2018 upon completion of the Quest Professional course, in addition to a number of sales and property internships. Harriet is working in our office team recruiting office superheros!
