What our candidates can expect
As a job seeker within the property market, it's crucial to work with one recruitment partner of choice to ensure your applications are managed correctly. Too many times we speak with candidates who have worked with several other recruiters at one time, unfortunately but not surprisingly unsuccessfully due to duplicated applications or incorrect information given about them. This is where we like to show our candidates what good recruitment looks like and we are very proud that many of our candidate and client relationships are exclusive to us.

Why our candidates use us
We have an excellent track record with many of the industry leaders in property across London, having worked closely them since inception in 2010. Within each of our teams, we have at least two consultants that have first hand experience within the same field they are recruiting for; candidates are able to learn from their experience, practise and refine their interview techniques and build their confidence before meeting our clients.
We will go above and beyond to get to know you and your motivations thoroughly to help you secure the perfect opportunity; whether that be introducing you to live positions we have already been instructed on or working with you on a preferred list of brands that you are interested in speculatively approaching. Luckily for you, provided you wholly invest yourself, we won’t stop until we win together.
We respect that it’s often difficult to contact your recruiter during working hours and we try to remain as flexible as possible when arranging telephone interviews or conversations. We have also managed our client’s expectations accordingly and where possible, they will be flexible with interviewing too. All we ask is a little flexibility back, and to be prepared to arrange time off when appropriate.
With our extensive networks, we operate not just in London and the UK, but overseas as well. Our international capability is becoming increasingly important with many candidates who are looking to relocate and want global opportunities presented to them. We support our candidates to ensure they get the best possible brief of what the role involves, as well as a full understanding of the different cultures and lifestyles in any locations they're interested in moving to.

Our team come from a range of different backgrounds with most from the property industry, some beginning city life with us, others as graduates and others with a few years recruitment experience behind them already. We work together as a team and encourage each other to cross-sell, to leverage our strengths and to celebrate our wins.
