We are regularly approached about leadership roles in the property industry working with a range of clientele, and have strengthened our resources accordingly with 50 years combined experience and an extensive referral network.
In 2010, it was the right time for Grant embark on his own adventure after scaling a recruitment business from South Africa, where he is from. Following numerous discussions, Grant went onto receive investment funding to scale GKR London in 2013.
Michael joined GKR as one of our first key hires in 2014 bringing with him eight years’ experience in property, Michael learnt very quickly from Grant Kaveney and worked closely with him to build his team today.
Lee has worked in residential recruitment since late 2015 after working in the property sector for almost seven years himself. Bringing his black book of contacts along with him, Lee’s competitive nature has allowed him to progress quickly at GKR.
Molly joined GKR in 2014 with one years’ property recruitment experience and was able to develop quickly on the property management desk. In mid-2017 Molly became GKR’s Operations Manager looking after our internal training, social media and hiring needs.
Luke has worked in the commercial property recruitment space since 2014. Following a stint in stand-up comedy, he provides the office with endless entertainment and has a way with his clients and candidates that’s infectious.
Yohann joined GKR in 2018 to develop our contract and interim services into the public sector, general practices. With experience in the market already and following a career break in France, Yohann has quickly found his feet at GKR.
Anu joined GKR late in 2014 with an ambition to help expand the office support division of GKR; with one years’ experience working in property herself Anu grasped the market quickly and now works with all of London’s biggest and most successful property brands.
Rose joined GKR in 2018 having worked in property in both the UK and Spain over the last 20 years; Rose is now well positioned to utilise her strong-willed nature to drive results quickly in the property management recruitment space.
Oliver joined GKR's residential estate agency and development team in March 2019 having gained some experience in recruitment already and following four years' property experience in client services, sales and lettings.
Peter joined GKR in 2019 with roughly 15 months recruitment experience recruiting for the marketing industry. Joining our office support team, Peter will be taking on the responsibility and growth of all marketing roles and we are really excited to have him on board!
Daisy joined GKR's residential team in 2019 with five years' experience working in the London property market specialising in lettings. More recently Daisy gained further experience in both New Zealand and Australia managing property portfolios.
Sam joined GKR during May 2019 with more than five years recruitment experience alongside an additional five years experience between property and finance. Combining his knowledge and experience, Sam is well-positioned to lead the growth of our senior finance division.
