Now operating between five core sectors, we offer our clients a tailored service saving them time, energy and money. Our team have placed hundreds of candidates ranging from trainees and graduates to experienced negotiators, property managers, commercial candidates, branch managers, support staff and directors. No more paperwork on the kitchen table
Moving away from the kitchen was a welcome relief for Grant; in 2012 he began working from a serviced office in Pall Mall, only two doors down from James Caan’s first office.

In 2012, Grant was introduced to Hamilton Bradshaw and Recruitment Entrepreneur, founded by James Caan. In 2014, he received investment from James and after just 12 short months, GKR was exceeding all expectations.

Our first key hire joined as a consultant in late 2014, bringing 10 years of property experience. Now a Director at GKR, overseeing a highly effective team specialising within Residential property.
We did it!
GKR reached £1million revenue within 18 months. This was a huge achievement for us and has continued to snowball. We are now working with 80% of the most successful London residential property firms.

We are regularly approached about leadership roles in the property industry working with a range of clientele, and have strengthened our resources accordingly with 50 years combined experience and an extensive referral network.

In 2010, it was the right time for Grant embark on his own adventure after helping scale a recruitment business from South Africa. Biltong is almost always the answer; he makes his very own for the team and it's not to be missed! An avid fisherman, Liverpool supporter, proud South-African and strangely capable beatboxer - watch out Ed Sheeran!

Michael joined GKR as one of our first key hires in 2014 bringing with him eight years’ experience in property, now responsible for a team of six. If not in the office hoping for a whole in one, you’ll likely find him on the course – aye! Not to mention Brick Lane, devouring the Indian delicacies.

Lee has worked in residential recruitment since late 2015 after working in the property sector for almost seven years himself. Whilst our entire team’s food bin/hoover, he’s a self-declared Asian food addict. Historically pooch obsessed; now with a fur baby of his own, he’s got the situation under control.

Molly joined GKR in 2014 and was instrumental in developing the property management desk. In mid-2017 Molly became responsible for our internal training, social media and hiring needs. Now based from Amsterdam, we’re never disappointed with the sweet treats she brings back with her! When not at Gatwick though, she’s probably cycling or looking after her two terrapins.

Luke has worked in the commercial property space since 2014. Following a stint in stand-up comedy, he provides the office with endless entertainment and has a way with clients and candidates that’s infectious. He’s also a budding home-cook with very little fear of flavours, (a testament to the ‘spicy sauce’ he made the team) watch this space Heston!

Yohann joined GKR in 2018 to develop our contract services into the public sector, general practice. With experience in the market already and following a career break in France, Yohann has quickly found his feet at GKR. Officially our first full-time chino wearer and we’re here for it – ooh la la! Controversial proposal… snails anyone!?

Anu joined GKR late in 2014 with an ambition to help expand the office support division of GKR; coming from property herself Anu grasped the market quickly and now works with all of London’s biggest and most successful property brands. With a family history in catering, it’s no wonder Anu is quite the chef herself. When not cooking up a storm at home, you can catch her out bottomless brunching with her friends.

Rose joined GKR in 2018 having worked in property in both the UK and Spain over the last 20 years; her tenacious attitude has driven fantastic results quickly in the property management space. An OG vegetarian with the wildest office-snack combinations you will ever have heard of. Not forgetting, Lord Billington 4th, her ferocious white lion (otherwise known as terrier.)

Peter joined our office support team in 2019, taking on the responsibility and growth of all marketing roles and we are excited to have him on board! When not chasing recruitment fees, he’s most likely chasing gains. Who knew avocado went with every single meal?!

Oliver joined GKR's residential team in March 2019 having gained some experience in recruitment and following four years' property experience in client services, sales and lettings. A fellow Saffa, again with strong appreciation for a meat of course, but also a keen interest in writing. With his very own autobiography underway, we’re exciting ourselves for a new claim to fame!

Daisy joined GKR's residential team in 2019 with five years' experience working in the London property market and an additional year in both New Zealand and Australia managing property portfolios. Partial to the odd Friday McDonald's, Daisy is a social butterfly and rarely spotted not sporting her airpod's, on the phone to a candidate/client or friend!

Sam joined GKR during May 2019 with more than five years recruitment experience alongside an additional five years’ experience between property and finance. Now GKR’s very own Ironman, having signed himself up for the almost impossible challenge in April 2020, there’s no time for takeaways or cocktails!

Conán joined GKR's residential team in December following his move to the city. Originally from Ireland, Conán brings with him some experience in both sales and hospitality and a cracking attitude to kick things off in 2020. An aspiring Conor McGregor, and soon to be competing for charity, with a fondness for all kinds of pasta.

Sean joins GKR's residential team bringing with him almost three years first-hand agency experience in London. Sean is partial to the occasional/bi-weekly burrito and whilst he is sinking his teeth into recruitment, he is not messing around!
